SSCMentor uses account details, test responses, scores, saved notes and support requests to provide your learning account and test services. Payment records help us activate and manage purchased access. Operational logs help us investigate errors and protect accounts.

We use essential session and security cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms. Your browser may also store your theme preference and public app assets. The app does not provide offline test submission.

Payments are handled through the configured payment provider. Result and account emails use our email service. If you use AI Teacher, your submitted question is sent to the configured AI provider to generate a response. Do not include passwords, payment credentials or sensitive personal information in AI questions.

Administrators and authorised team members can access information needed for support, content review and operation. If enabled, encrypted website and database backups are stored in our configured Google Drive account. WhatsApp support opens an external service with its own privacy practices.

We retain information as needed to operate your account, handle payments and support, protect the service and meet applicable retention requirements. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we may need to verify your identity and explain information that must be retained.
